We are also prohibited from doing business with any entity which is licensed, regulated, or in any way funded by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. 

 

This prohibition includes:

• Adult Foster Care Homes/Centers

• Nursing Homes

• Foster Care Services

• Adoption Services

• Child or Senior Adult Day Care Homes/Center

 

This prohibition may include:

• School Districts with Latchkey Programs (if contracted with MDHHS) 

   

This prohibition does NOT include:

• Food Retailers Accepting Bridge Cards or WIC 

• Health Care Providers that Accept Medicaid

• Funeral Homes that have Accepted Emergency Burial Assistance

 

Prior to engaging in business with you, we will need you to certify that your organization is not included in any of the prohibitions listed above.
